Terms of service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms apply when you use therapytoaster.myshopify.com (the "Store"), operated by Mr. Toasty's Shop, doing business as Mr. Toasty's Skullz / Therapy Toaster ("we," "us"). By using the Store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

  1. The Store. The Store runs on Shopify. Our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies are part of these terms.
  2. Products. Items are made to order. Product colors and print placement may look slightly different from the mockups, because screens and printing methods vary.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time, but a price change won't affect an order you've already placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  4. Orders and fulfillment. Production and delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  5. Returns and refunds. Covered by our Refund Policy.
  6. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, and text on the Store belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission.
  7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Store. That includes attempting fraud, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.
  8. Third-party services. Some features are provided by others, such as Shopify, payment processors, Printful, and carriers. Their own terms apply to those services.
  9. Disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, the Store and its content are provided "as is." This does not affect the rights in our Refund Policy or any rights you have under consumer law.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
