Last updated: October 31, 2026

Mr. Toasty's Shop ("we") runs this store on Shopify. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Order and contact info: your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone (if you give it), and what you buy.
  • Payment info: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us, for example support emails.
  • Device and usage info: your IP address, browser, and how you use the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To process, print, ship, and support your order.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Our print and fulfillment partner (Printful) and shipping carriers, who receive what they need to make and deliver your order.
  • Payment processors.
  • Analytics or advertising partners, if you allow it. You can opt out of data sharing for targeted ads here. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described on that page.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and rights: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email Mr.Toasty@therapytoaster.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Kids: This store isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security and retention: We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for orders, legal obligations, and disputes.

Changes: If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date above.
